We are happy to hear from readers in Fletcher, Lawton and across Southwest Oklahoma. The easiest way to reach us is by email at hello@fletcheroklahoma.com. You can also call (580) 555-0137. Our editorial desk is in Fletcher, OK 73541, but it is not an office open to visitors, so please do not drop by.
What to write to us about
- Corrections. If a fact on this site is wrong or out of date, for example a venue has changed its access or a building has reopened, tell us what you saw and, if possible, where you saw it. We check corrections against public sources before updating a page.
- Local tips. A quiet trail at the refuge, a gardening trick that works on your clay, a museum exhibit worth the drive: we enjoy hearing them and may use them as ideas for future notes.
- Topic suggestions. If there is a land, garden or days-out question you would like explained in plain English, let us know.
What we cannot help with
Fletcher Oklahoma Notes is an independent journal. We sell nothing and are not a surveyor, supplier, garden center, ticket seller or tour operator. That means we cannot:
- give quotes, take orders or arrange deliveries;
- survey land, set or replace boundary markers, or say where your property line is;
- give legal advice on boundaries, fences, easements or disputes;
- book tickets, tours or campsites, or answer for any venue we write about.
For a boundary question, contact a licensed land surveyor or a real estate attorney. For advice on your own plants and soil, the OSU Extension office for Comanche County in Lawton is a good first call. For opening times, events and tickets, go to the venue's own website.
About the form
The contact form on this page may not send messages. To be sure we receive your note, email us directly. Please do not send personal documents, deeds or financial details; a short description of your question is plenty.
Before you write
You may find your answer already covered in our sections on Land & Surveys and Gardening, or in our day-out guides such as a day out in the Wichita Mountains and museums around Lawton. You can also read more about us.
